    Difference between G62-340us and G62T ???

    Saw a HP G62-340US at Staples Office Supply. Went to the HP web site but couldnt find it. Whats the differnce between it and saw the 62t or other G62 series laptops
    My daughter needs a laptop for school and is on a buget, trying to stay around $400.00-$450.00 (ya I know not much to work with) Maily using it for e-mail, interent, Word, and she does store a ton of photos.
    I'm all open for recommendations

    well the HP G62-340US has similar hardware as my current CQ62 and run pretty good for the price I pay for which was at best buy 349 dollars. the HP G2T series are Intel base cpu(core i3, i5 and budge pentium dual core they are not core2duo) on it and comes with dedicated cards(512MB ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470
    1GB ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470 ) and integrated card(Intel)... so G62-340 comes with amd athlon II p340 and mobility 4250 integrated card shares the memory with the system which bottlenecks the video card and they are usually crappy to gamer standards but can handle some of the current games at low settings and older games pretty well... but is budge cpu and video card so u get what u pay for so is good for what u going to use it for.
