A few days ago I read the announcement of HP regarding to 800 series ( http://www8.hp.com/us/en/elite-family/elitebook-800-series.html). So I started to search related information. But then came across there also exists EliteBook 1040 series. After digging a bit, I find I am confused, it seems that both of them are business laptop, and also pass MIL-STD-810G testing (www8.hp.com/h20195/v2/GetPDF.aspx/4AA6-0823ENW.pdf).

Now regardless of generations (the newest 800 is G5 and 1040 is G4), what's difference between these two type laptop?

    Thanks
