Does anybody have a direct e-mail address to an HP representative. I want to express some concerns about customer service experiences and I don't want to simply send it to a generic customer service account.

I have tried various versions of e-mails I thought might be for Regan Manning (from whom the recent delay e-mails came), but the addresses so far are unknown and the CEO e-mail form is too short.

Any ideas would be appreciated. :)

    Thanks!

Believe it or not, yes I did. One form of e-mail address pattern they have is [email protected]. When tried with Regan Manning, it bounced back. Perhaps "Regan Manning" is a fake name used appear as if a real person who is a "Customer Advocate" sent out the delay e-mails.

Oh wow that's ridiculous. HP needs to overhaul their CSR service, because it's ridiculous.
