I regularly take my laptop to my school library to do homework and the beeping sound is gettin annoying. It is very loud & obnoxious. Anyone disable it somehow?

I also share this problem, and so far, the only solution I have found was to plug headphones. I am not sure if it is a mechanical switch that disables the speakers, or if its an electrical sensor for decreased current resistance

Worth a try, I might try that when I get back home
