I've been loyal to HP for several years, about 10 years.
Recently, I am disappointed by its Before You Buy service.
I have sent e-mails using Hotmail account, and I thought there was a problem with hotmail e-mail accounts as I did not receive any e-mails from HP. Then I tried non-free e-mail service to "After You Buy" service. An answer came. But, when I tried "Before You Buy" service again, no answer.
What is happening here?
I tried both UK and USA Before You Buy, and no answer from them both.
