I just ran the disk cleanup, but really don't know what to delete.
    I guess these 2
    Temporary Internet Files - 5.59MB
    Offline Webpages -125Kb

I will want to keep the Hibernation File Cleaner - 1.87GB
    Also Thumbnails18MB,

    What is this?
    Debug Dump files 189MB
    System Error dump files 198MB
    Temporary Files 1.12GB
    Start up log files 33KB
Per user archived Windows error Report 282KB
System a archived Windows error Report 7.58KB

What is totally safe to delete? Maybe make my computer a tiny bit faster? Lol Thanks.

You can delete debug dump and system dump. These are collected data after the system has severely crashed.

Theres probably no harm in deleting the temporary files.

You might wanna download CCleaner and use the system and registry cleaner there.
