I'm not a real computer savvy person but I really need help. My HP pavilion 2012 recently crashed. I had my elbow leaning on the bottom right hand side of the keyboard and all of a sudden there was a crack and a weird sound started. My computer immediately froze. I shut it down. And when I turned it back on, the BIOS or whatever said there was no disk drive or hard drive detected? Did I make a cable loose or did my computer get a virus?
