    Hi,

I bought my HP DM4-1060us (14", I5 core, Win7), laptop from USA in July'2010 and when I connected it to LCD screen using HDMI cable, it was first working fine and after few minutes display has gone from the LCD and I tried all touble shooting steps and it did not work. I visited local HP center and they refused to repair it because this product is not launched in India yet. They advised me to send the laptop back to USA. Now furtherdisppaointment with it is that yesterday the screen of laptop gone i.e. nothing is visible only white light.... :( .

I am totally disappointed with HP product. It has so many problems within a year and is not repaired in India...

HP employees can you do anything in this case or shall I dump that laptop in HP's GRAVEYARD....
