    Hi,
    I have a hp pavilion dv 9000 laptop. The screen went black one day when I turned it on. So I got the screen changed for £129 about 2 months ago. Was working fine untill yesterday the screen went black again. Here's what I've done so far.

    Screen has its backlight is working fine but no display.
    I've done the 60sec power off thing.
    The laptop works fine when connected to my tv via HDMI but no display on the laptop LCD.

    I don't want to spent more money fixing it so guys please help me out anything I could try?

    I got HP Pavilion DV2700 Laptop with DV2000 LCD Screen, Laptop Fell down, i bought a new LCD Screen on ebay and replaced, Laptop powered up but Blank Screen, back light is On, Done 60 sec Power off Reset- doen't work, connected external monitor , external Display is OK.

    already spent $100 on LCD screen

    please help to fix the issue.
