What are this money "non mmember 75$" by buying notebook?Is there any way not to pay it?
-

Costco membership is $50 a year. Non-members typically pay a 5% surcharge on listed prices if they elect not to join. For laptops, becoming a member is almost always going to save you money.

Be aware that if you were to say for example "pay" the non-member fee, and have to return a unit... and are looking to purchase another (same model as a replacement, or something totally differant) be aware that more than likely the "new" purchase would be considered a SEPERATE transaction, because it is... and you'd have to "pay" that non-member fee again....
Go for the membership... either that or buy direct from HP and get only a21-day
return window, vs
180
days with COSTCO.
PS: Be also aware that by using "some" credit cards the mfg's warranty is doubled... which is a good thing if your card offers that service.
