Just as the title says. I couldn't find it in the BIOS. ;[

You mean a boot to a media-playing OS, or an actual quick boot that skips some POST steps?
I think the default for most/all BIOS is to quickboot unless there was a problem the last time the PC was booted. -
To skip memory checking and etc.
Do you know how to get into there from BIOS?
F10 for HP to get into BIOS, but can't find it -
Anyone? Is this set as default for HP?

I haven't seen my dv9500 do any sort of memory checking at startup. It usually shows the HP splash screen, but it goes fast enough that I'm sure it's not doing a memory check. I never set up anything in the BIOS for that. Is your system spending a lot of time before the Microsoft screens come up?
-
Microsoft screen as in the green bar passing? It's not that slow, but I remember it used to be faster, so I'm guessing I did something by accident and I just wanted to see if I had quick boot enabled or memory check disabled. ah well, its probably fine

The default should be quickboot as memory checking is only turned on in diagnostic mode.

i think that too, but is there a place in the bios where i can verify that?
Does HP BIOS have Quick Boot Feature?
