    Yes and the discounts for a top configured 8730w are very good. SmartBuy models are not discounted for EPP though.

    The 4 ways I am aware of where one is eligible are:
    1. Does your employer have EPP agreements with HP?
    2. Do you work for the government/public sector? (Public sector discounts)
    3. Are you a student? (Student discounts, but EPP discounts are better than student discounts).
    4. Do you work or used to work for HP in any capacity?

    There is no general access EPP site otherwise.

    I do not see any link to HP EPP from my university, it was the same case with my previous univ. Wierd since they have had Dell/Apple EPP (educational purchase program)

    I thought you meant EPP = Employee Purchase Program.

    It looks like your university doesn't have an agreement with HP.
