I exchange my laptop within 21 days. My new laptop estimated build date is 3/10. Will it have the same return policy from new delivery date?

I searched and found this thread asking the same question, but no one ever answered it.
I have a defective dm4 that I received last week. I spent an hour with tech support today and they confirmed that I would need a replacement laptop. If I send this one back and receive a replacement, will I have a new 21-day period from the time I receive my replacement?
