    Does the $200 off coupon work with app discounts

    I'm a student so I have the APP discount. I'm buying a customized dv9500t, but when I try to enter the code for the $200 off coupon, it doesn't work. Does anyone know anything about this?

    The coupon cannot be combined with instant rebates or any other discounts.

    The coupon does work. It cannot be combined the APP discount, so when you enter the code, the APP discount is removed and the coupon code is applied. Therefore, you only receive the coupon discount, not the APP discount.

    When I ordered my DV6500T, I noticed the $200 coupon gave me a larger discount than the APP one. But, I believe it varies with the model/options. Hope this helps!

    Mine worked out to be a bigger discount with the $200 coupon (around $20 bucks cheaper than APP), but I had already ordered with the APP...
