Does the 6630M even have dedicated vRAM?

While I didn't get my Envy 14 for gaming, this is a bit disconcerting. Looking at the card in GPU-Z and HWiNFO, it doesn't seem like this card has dedicated vram. GPU-Z says the vram type is unknown, and HWiNFO says the ram type is SDRAM, and not GDDR3.

According to the NotebookCheck page on the 6630, it does use GDDR3 (labeled as DDR3), and does not share RAM. A friend with a 6650 says GPU-Z reports his card as using GDDR3, and HWiNFO seems to think the two cards are pretty much the same, aside from the clock speed difference.

It seems that my 6630, even when clocked to 6650 speeds does not perform as expected, so, I'm not sure what's up. Perhaps there's some throttling going on in the background, and the BIOS is screwing with GPU-Z and HWiNFO.

    Thoughts, guys?

    Update:

After installing the latest drivers from AMD's website, both Trixx and GPU-Z report that the card uses HyperMemory.

The Envy 14's 6630M shares system RAM without Windows knowing it, it seems. Don't expect similar performance to other 6630s or 6650s.

its not GDDR3 just plain old DDR3. SDRAM can be used for videocards (its cheaper than GDDR3) and it is dedicated same as the 5650.
