    Does the dv7t quad have a bent keyboard...or is it just me?

    Not sure if I'm seeing something, but just got my dv7 quad and the keyboard might be bent under the k l ; keys

    maybe it's just me, hope it's not a big deal :\

    Yeah, a lot of people have noticed this issue. Some people have it, and others don't. At this point, it might just be luck of the draw. Apparently it doesn't affect the typing ability though, so you're probably fine.

    That's where the screw that holds the keyboard to the plastic aluminium frame is, being bent downwards means it's too tight, you could probably solve it yourself by relieving the pressure a little bit.

    If you're not sure what screw it is, check the service manual (if my memory serves me, it's the one on the left of the wireless card). If it doesn't bother you, I wouldn't mess with it, though I would think it's a valid point for returning it.
