One thing that bothers me about the HP line is the reports of keyboard problems. No one seems to be able to fully resolve this. However, I think that most of the reports have come from AMD chip laptops. I'm wondering if the new dv8000t laptops with the core duos and the go 7600 also have keyboard problems?

thats good to hear, I looked at one of these at costco and it seemed really solid, I liked it a lot. Just seemed a tiny bit heavy, but for a 17" what can you expect, but good weight for its size.
Sledge, what do you get for battery life on that with the dual HDs? I'm looking at getting one with dual HDs but I need it to get at least like 3:30 while just doing basic stuff like word/excel, thanks!
