    If so how? Can't find any program to turn it on...

    Yes you can. Go to "My Computer" in XP and you should see the web cam there. Double click on it and away you go.

    No web cam under My Computer in Vista though...What do I do? tried from control panel "cameras and scanners" but nothing there either

    Drivers are installed cause I just downloaded from HP and rebooted

    It also works with MSN messenger

    Click your quickplay button, the webcam is in there under the music, video, picture icon. Double click and wait a sec for the webcam to load.

    You can take videos and still pictures there.
