My dv6000t is also in the same condition with Hambone's. The HDD is 50C and the CPU is around 70C with zero load ( I assume, because I just left it there doing nothing). I can see that summer time has made it gone really hot, so hot that I have to use my optical mouse all the time. I'm planning on buying a notebook cooler, but that will ruin the mobitity of the laptop.

I've just bought a new dv6000t for my friend with f.27 bios. It's hot, but not as hot as the f.16 right now. I wonder why HP did not post it for download.
