I'm thinking to buy the HP dv4-1125nr with Intel GMA 4500MHD graphic card for my wife for work.

Can anybody who owns this similar laptop please tell me how long will the battery last on normal usage?
I mean open 2-4 MS word files, browse internet, and wifi on?

    Thx,

    Battery Life

Battery life is average with the high capacity 6-cell battery. With the “HP Recommended” power profile enabled, wireless on and active, and screen brightness set to 60 percent the system squeaked by with 3 hours and 24 minutes of runtime before it hits 5 percent and wanted to shutdown. HP does offer an extended 12-cell battery which should offer even greater battery life, but without any specifications listed that would hint at capacity it is hard to estimate how long that battery would last.

For battery life of other models or brands if you find this ones not to your needs, may I suggest hitting the Notebook review link at the top of the page.

    Thanks S_P_Q_R,

I did check the reviews but found out for the model that I was looking for (dv4). The reviewed model was using a dedicated graphic card while the one I was looking for is using an integrated one.
    That's why I'm asking the forum. :)
