Hey everyone,
I'm at a hotel and would like to watch some stuff from my laptop on the tv in here. I have a Dv4t and it has HDMI out and VGA out. What cable do I need to connect to this tv? It has RCA and S Vid inputs. I already have the audio cable so that's not an issue. Thanks!

Well if there is no HDMI in or VGA in, only an S-Video, I dont think you can do it..
Older laptops had S-Video, but now laptop manufacturers think everyone owns a 73 inch plasma TV lol..
I could be wrong though..there is probably a converter you can buy too..

I did find a vga to s-video/rca converter and got excited for a second but all four reviews were one star due to it not working. I suppose the people who bought it could all have been too ignorant to turn down the resolution though I'm not sure.
That HDMI cable looks pretty good, but still only to HD. Hmmmmm... I'll keep digging around and see if I can come up with anything. -
Good luck

I don't know about 73 inches but most folks should be getting around to getting a flat screen. They're cheap enough. Why should new computers be supporting old technology, anyway?

Lol OJ, I guess youre right, but I for one am not gonna have use for HDMI for a while.
