I have been trying to install quickplay 3.0 on my mother's dv5t, but it keeps giving me the error saying that it can only be install on an authorized machine. i have looked it up and found some registry hack that supposedly works, but that didnt even help. i tried rebooting after the registry edit and it didnt help either. my mother's dv5t is running windows vista ultimate x64. i was also wondering if the quickplay function adds a different type of volume control than the quicktouch display.

Was Vista ultimate 64 a clean install or factory install?
