With my DV6 relatively idle, I am still feeling a pretty warm spot underneath with the computer on my lap. I pulled the battery out and removed the hdd, ram, plastic casing, and surprisingly the spot that was so hot was the intel wireless N card.

It is not terrible, but its enough to annoy me. Anyone have any sugestions? Should I put a small heat sink on it?

I just changed the power setting to medium power saving for the card, not sure what that really does.
