Mine is the new DV6 arrived last Friday, and now I have a problem which is the laptop suddenly shut down without any warning. It's already occure like four times, I didn't play game so it's not a overheating issue. Any one has the same problem? Can I return it and exchange a new one since it has only been less than a week after I received this laptop?

Yes you can exchange it. I would call HP customer support and tell them about the problem and they will send you a shipping label and box or something like that so you can return it to them.
