This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Does anyone know where I can order the DVD drive bezel for the DV6-6xxx series? I sorta broke some of the plastic parts while taking it off for the first time and would like to replace it rather holding it together with a piece of tape.

    I know I can order it from the HP parts store, but it comes as a part of the DVD drive - which costs $60 something - a little too much considering I only need the plastic bezel...

    Any suggestions?
