    hello guys i bought a new dv6-7011tx laptop.
    i tried to do a stress test.
    first, here is the configuration.

    2.5 GHz Intel Core i5-3210M
    6 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
    NVIDIA GeForce GT 630M (2 GB DDR3 dedicated)
    640 GB SATA (5400 rpm)


    first the test was conducted in a room with ambient temperature of 22-25 degree Celcius

    The second test was in a room with ambient temperature of around 29-31 degree celcius

    does it heats up i.e(hp dv6 7011tx) during gameplay...
    test it on assasin's creed revelations and nfs the run.

    can someone comment that the above temperatures were normal?

    why would it not be normal? The temps are below the maximum 102 C.

    It's a new laptop, and you hear the fan spinning up, right?
    It's behaving as designed.
