    Hey all, I'm feeling the same amount of wind flow from coolsense settings 'Quiet' and 'Coolest' is my fan broken? I tried spraying it with a can of compressed air to no avail. If possible I don't want to have to send this in, maybe I could fix it myself.

    If anyone has a way to check for sure if it is broken/functional and/or how to fix please reply!
