    Dv6tqe Touchpad LED

    The white light around the touchpad no longer turns on, however, the orange LED that indicates it's disabled still functions. I suspect that it may be because I cleaned my computer with tissue and rubbing alcohol, but I'm not certain. How can I troubleshoot this?

    hmm. Did you try Fn+spacebar?

    yea try fn + spacebar, also there is no orange LED when it's disabled (dv6t-6000).. at least for me

    6100 has orange/amber light when the trackpad is disabled.
