This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Hi i'll be getting my lappy next week. Can you guys tell me do I need to do. Check this check that, identify problems or whatever. I dunno how thanks in advance.

    You need to see if you can get switchable graphics to switch to the Radeon when you need/want it. Other than that, you should be golden.
