Ok so I just bought my dv7 quad. I got it a day ago, it came with bios f.15. I did a fresh install and loaded up all my drivers except for 3 that didn't work correctly. Intel turbo boost, nvidia 195.62, and another intel driver. When I try to install the intel drivers it says that my computer dosent have the right hardware (which Im positive it does[i7]). and it will not install any new nvidia drivers other than the one off of hp site. I noticed that the bios I have is a newer bios then that's available through hp's site. The bios update Crome them is f.13 and that f.15 was up but they took. It down. Which leads me to elive that there must be something wrong with f.15 bios. Would it damage my computer to downgrade the bios to f.13?

If it worked no. I made that in mine DV7-3020sa downgraded from F.04 to F.03 because F.04 hanged the laptop.
