hi everybody,
i'm facing a problem with my hp envy 14. When a introduce a CD, in example, a music cd, my itunes automatically imports the music from it..theres no problem there, the thing is that when the velocity is over 14x, all the laptop is vibrating!!!!
i think thats a problem! do have any advice for me? where can i reduce the velocity of the cd or is there any way to fix this issue?

When it does this, how is the sound coming from the dvd drive? Does it sound smooth or does it sound like there is some friction? You may have something logged in there, a can of air would take care of this problem.
I personally do not use my dvd drive very often so I cannot comment about the vibrating. If you are among the braver, you could dismantle the computer and tighten everything down and see if that helps if not I would call up HP if it bothers you. -
its smooth but really scaring...because if i leave it there it starts to vibrate a lot...i'll try with a can of air and i hope it works...

The CD probably isn't as balanced as it could be. Try a different one perhaps?
