    Hi, Can I install the SSD in the second bay to clone the HDD then switch the them? and turn on the laptop and it will boot?

    This is what I personally use to clone my HDD to my SSD. First I use the cloning software called Acronis True Image 2012. Then I insert my SSD in to the Bay pictured below to Clone the HDD to my SSD. I'm not sure if you can do it the way you said, I've never tried it...

    Yes, that will work with Acronis or Macrium Reflect.
