    How much time does it add to the Envy?

    Will the laptop automatically switch from the 6cell to 9cell when the 6 runs out?

    Yes. Drains the 9 cell first. And it will little over double your battery life. (So maybe about 5 hours of light use on i7 Ans maybe 6 with i5 )
