I've pretty much decided I want to by an Elitebook 840 G5, but there's a myriad of different displays - FHD with 220 nits, 400 nits or 700 nits.
There are a lot of these laptops on eBay in new, but 'open-box' condition, at very low prices - £550 and up. I presume these are customer returns or something.
My question is - how can I tell what display a specific machine has? Is there a way to find out from the serial number? Or how can I find out before I buy one, as I'd like one with the 400 nits brightness (which also has better colour accuracy).
    Any advice is gratefully received!
