Any way to get an Elitebook with Vista Home Premium? Or do I have to go ultimate?

Most of the Elitebooks come with XP/Vista Business or Ultimate. As they are available to configure, that may change, but considering it is a business laptop, I would say probably not. The Elitebook 6930p is now showing configuration options if I recall correctly on the HP website, you may check there for any indication.
