The idea of this thread is to get a major tech blog or number of major reviewers to review the HP Radiance screen of HP Envy 15 for a second time and experience the orange/red problem that many of the members of this forum have seen. And if we can get them to release a second or multiple reviews, hopefully we may be able to get HP to order a recall and replacement of this low-class, inexcusable "upgrade."

Note:
- When you send the email, make sure to tell them to open Paint and use pure red (250, 0, 0) for proof.
If there are any other major blogs or websites that have/will review the 15, post their emails on here so we can get the word out even quicker!
(The poll is just a tab to get an idea of how many complaints have been sent.)

I emailed the verge yesterday night.. Please other members send email to verge, so..Anyone have the email for engadget? maybe reviers for notebookreview can mention the red/orange issue..I emailed the CEO relation to see what happened. I think we should email execs in HP..
Edit: Has there ever been a laptop company do a recall for a screen? -
Really? If the screen bothers you that much, return it. HP has a pretty generous return policy and if you're not 100% happy with the product, return it and get something else. With CES being this week you can see what's coming up in the future if you don't like anything out now.

Btw, I'd love to return a laptop that I've already returned for an exchange. I can live with it and get over it. I will be being an external monitor for photo editing and etc. But for the price HP is offering this laptop, I shouldn't have to. If you don't feel the same way, don't comment and don't pay attention. -
Does anyone really think a couple of emails will get HP to make a drastic change in their assembly line to fix an issue that probably the majority of customers will not notice? I have to imagine that their contract with LG to use their panels is not something that they can change on a whim.
The only thing that will get HP to make a change in panels is to see low sales of the Envy 15. Even then, HP will have to research and conclude that the orange/red problem with the display is the main factor for people not buying their product. -
Agree completely.
