    Emergancy! a bios flash problem

    Guys

    i flashed my bios using the hp check recommendations and following the on screen guide but the laptop (dv5-1015ea) crashed and hasn't responded.

    what do i do???...

    please help...

    shall switch off my laptop?

    Call HP. Some laptops have an emercency procedure for reflashing a "bad" BIOS. I just got finished doing this with my wife's Acer that I thought was bricked (no screen, no disk activity, no power, no POST). HP may also have a similar procedure to fix your laptop.
