So my space bar is kind of sticking, but not to the point where it's completely stopped working. It just feels like it's not depressing enough and sometimes it doesn't work. It also doesn't work if I press the right end of the space bar.

I didn't do anything to it as far as I know, it was working fine earlier today and when I came back to my laptop and pressed it, it kind of made a crunching sound and started to feel weird. I'm assuming there might be something underneath the key that's preventing it from working properly, but I've never had a chiclet keyboard before so I don't know what to do to try and fix it. And my warranty ran out a few days ago.

You can just pop the keys off with something flat. I'd suggest something non metal. You can probably do it with your fingernail.

OR you could just get some compressed air and blow it under the key.
That's what seems to be the issue.
