    Hi all,

Bought an Envy 14 in the UK a couple of months ago. All is good apart from I sometimes get crazy colour corruption when switching from the power saving gpu to the high performance one. Usually takes 3 or 4 switches to get the colours looking right again. Here's a photo of what it can look like:

This a common problem? I'm tempted to send it back for a repair but as it's somewhat intermittent I'm worried they'll switch it on, see it's fine and send it back for a complete waste of time.

Just the right amount of barely contained horror and urgency to get it fixed.

Wow. I mean i've seen that happen if I'm playing starcraft 1 or some other 256 color game that windows 7 seems to go "wait...what is this old thing. I cannot handle 256 colors"

but I've never seen that while swapping gpus.

hey... I am having the same problem , except it occurs randomly and not just when switching cards. Takes about 4-5 seconds to return to normal but I'm not having it and plan to contact the support people today to have it fixed. My wifi is also giving some trouble, so I have to get that mess sorted out as well....
