From the screenshot you posted it looks like maybe a browser setting issue or maybe a toolbar or extension messing up the embedded Flash of YouTube. I opened the site with Internet Explorer and it worked OK--great song BTW! What browser are you using? Also is the screen resolution set properly for the Envy? Not sure what browser you are using but check and see if it is all set up correctly with latest updates; also the latest Flashplayer updates. Not sure the problem is with the Envy or the drivers but probably in the browser settings or a toolbar that is trying to open two pages at once and neither one is working correctly. Curious if the problem just started and if you had made any recent changes in settings?

im not sure if the screen setting are correct, i can check but i know they are 13 something by 7 something.
i have some pop and flash stop extension. but i took they out
i recently install this os on w7 u. but i doubt it could be that the os was installed incorrectly.

Congrats on getting the Envy. Hope you enjoy it as I have mine. You can check the screen resolution by right clicking anywhere on the desktop then click screen resolution; set it to the optimum level. I don't know about Chrome since I don't use it but just make sure you have all the latest updates for it, for Flashplayer and turn off any toolbars or extensions that might be causing the page to display improperly. I doubt too, that the problem is a bad install of Windows. I did some reading and there were reports of Chrome users having trouble getting Flashplayer to work properly. Have you tried using Internet Explorer or Firefox to see if the video plays correctly with that? If so, then you can narrow it down to a browser problem once you get the screen resolution checked.

    so i fix the problem.
    here is how.
    first uninstall chrome
    then install chrome beta.
i had originally chrome beta, maybe this is the reason for having 2 scroll bars.
btw the screen resolution is at its max 1366 x 768

Glad to know you got the problem straightened out and that it was a browser problem and not something wrong with the Envy or graphics drivers. Hopefully it will stay fixed and no more problems. Thanks for the update.
