    I believe a similar thread to this has been replied in the Envy 14 owners lounge recently (yesterday or the day before). Do a search you'll be able to find it.

    Discharge it completely.. ie: don't allow Win7 to go to sleep mode when it's 5%. Then it will recalibrate itself and charge to 100% without the 98.1->100% delay.
