I know that QuickWeb's not the most popular environment, but it's something I was looking forward to trying out in my Envy 14 BE that arrived yesterday. However, I can't find any reference to it anywhere on the system--in the BIOS or program manager.

I'm sure that the standard Envy 14's have it. How does one turn it on? Because I'm getting a sinking suspicion that for some reason it's not included with the BE. For instance, it's not specifically listed in the product description as it is with the standard Envy.

Anybody mind commenting on how to turn on QuickWeb on a standard Envy 14?

    Go to Start
    Go to All Programs
    Go to HP Folder
Look for Quickweb there is an option for it to launch before windows does.

I found this extremely annoying since my laptop would take 35 seconds longer to boot into windows because of Quickweb.

It is one of the applications that I did bother restoring when I did a clean install.

Thanks for the response, but therein lies the rub: there's no QuickWeb option anywhere on the system that I can find. This includes not just the path you described, but anywhere in Programs. And a local search doesn't show anything either.

That's why I'm starting to think that it simply wasn't included with the Beats Edition, for some reason.
