Hi guys,
I have a "Belkin Bluetooth Music Receiver" link connected to my stereo. You can stream audio from Notebooks, iPhones etc. through BT to the stereo with this device and it works perfectly together with my iPhone, Macbook and Windows 7 Lenovo netbook.
Unfortunately I have a problem using it with my Envy 14. The audio stutters a lot and mutes sometimes for a while. I updated the Broadcom BT drivers already and I think it helped a bit, but it is still not usable.
Anybody had success with BT audio and the Envy 14?
Thanks.

I have the same problem. I contacted HP Tech Support and they suspected it was due to my upgrade from Win 7 Home Professional to Win 7 Ultimate - according to the support rep, when you do an "anytime upgrade," Windows forgets about third-party drivers. While I am skeptical that this is true, I followed their advice and tried to reinstall the bluetooth driver, but I was unable to locate the make and model of the bluetooth device in my computer.
A solution to this problem would be greatly appreciated. I will spend more time with HP Tech Support soon to try to resolve the issue. -
Ok, I tried something new with interesting results. While the Envy 14 does not play well with the Belkin receiver, it works flawlessly as the microphone / speaker for my cell phone (Casio G'zOne). Go figure. Is this maybe a compatibility issue with bluetooth 2 vs 2.1?
