    Hey guys!
I recently installed Crysis 2 and played it at 720p on gamer (lowest) settings and only got about 17 frames! I used GPU-Z and found out that the GPU only goes up to 300MHz/300MHz for core clock and memory clock, is that not a bit too low. I have read on here that people run crysis 2 on ~35 FPS on gamer...

My GPU/CPU temps are normal ~in the 60s

    Specs:
    i5 450
    4 gb ram
    5650
    radience
Thank you so much, iv been stumped for soo long

    You're experiencing the Powerplay glitch.

You can fix this by enabling and disabling powerplay in the ATI control panel.

There's also another way to fix this, but I don't remember ATM. Magus can tell you.

Edit: Stock speeds are 450/800, just FYI

Hmm, that did not seem to solve the problem. Thanks for the reply though :) Im currently trying to re install graphics drivers to see if that helps! With GPU-Z my GPU load was only about 40% too, shouldnt be higher for something like crysis?

you gotta disable powerplay, hit apply, and then re-enable powerplay to generally fix this bug.

    least with my computer.

I got tired of opening powerplay I just made hotkeys for turning it on and off (you can do that sorta thing in the catalyst control center).

you can also make hotkeys for swapping gpus

edit: also if you're on battery...powerplay sometimes decides to never go above 300/300 even if you tell it to use max performance. 'cause..I dunno. HP and/or AMD messed up
