Went to the Microsoft store in Scottsdale today, nice store.

They have the Envy in stock and sell it with a clean load of Microsoft 7-- no bloat ware.

Mine should arrive from HP ths week other wise I would have considered the Envy 14 box unit at the store.

Wait, so they had an Envy 14 over there? I went there about a month ago and saw the Envy 15. It ran super hot. It was the first generation though.

Yup, they had a table of them-HP ENVY 14-1011nr

Again one of the best thing about buying the Envy 14 there. You get a clean install of windows 7, NO Bloat ware.

    $1199.

Don't they have everything in stores available online?

Well, I went over to the Microsoft store today and sure enough, they have a whole table of just Envy 14's. I'm a bit disappointed that none of them have the radiance screen. The 1366x768 screen looked terrible. The build quality was excellent though and I was impressed.

the return policy at actual microsoft store (does not pertain to online microsoft store) is return it by 14 days and it can be open. No restocking fees. I know because i just bought a vaio z there.
