Am looking at these two laptops for very portable but still suitable for web design (due to power and screen resolution 1600 x 900 - can still get Envy 14 from some sources with Radiance).

Which would you recommend from the two? Or another?

do you need the capability of a docking station, expec HPs 'advanced' dock?

Web design doesn't need much horsepower on the author machines unless you will be running simulated databases or content management systems.

    No dock needed.

But will be working with open source CMS's initialy set up on Localhost, plus the odd bit of print design.

A range of CMS's, all mySQL backends. Also some Flash dev work too.

Hence why I need a laptop of the power of these two. I currently have the Asus G73J, which would be perfect if I didn't know need a far more portable machine. Hence will sacrifice a little power I know, but trying to see what good options there are.
