This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I was trying to do fn + esc and recently tried fn + b just for the fun of it and found out they didn't work. I searched the forum and tried uninstalling and reinstalling HP Tone Control and HP Quick Launch and neither of them seems to be working. I go to add and remove programs and they are listed under the installed programs. I'm confused as to where to go from here. It should be noted that I have done a full reformat a while back. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
