Does anybody else with an envy not have a straight base? Mine is so crooked that the side to the left of the touchpad does not touch my desk. Opposite corners of the laptop keep smacking the desk as weight shifts from each side as i place my hand on and off the keyboard... it's starting to get really annoying...

Anybody know the turnaround time for HP fixing this and do they require that the laptop has the factory OS? I use this laptop for work and have a fresh Win 7 Ultimate install.

wow! We have purchased four E15's including one refurb and we haven't seen this problem.

Is it possible this is a problem with the feet? Maybe you can get replacement feet, or take them off and put them back on?
