I have been looking at laptops especially the envy 15 hard for the past 2 days as I have to make a decision which to buy next week.

I heard a rumor from the owner lounge and the date came and went but then today as I was scoping out the Envy 17 I noticed that the Envy 15 has a new tag!

It could be stress, lack of sleep, or mourning for my dead m1530 but I am near positive that wasn't there yesterday or the day before.

Is this a sign? Could my prayers be being answered? Did the email I send inquiring about this mythical refresh possibly send people into a frenzy of productivity at HP? HP simply wished to make a fool out of me by pointing out that the Envy 15 has already been refreshed?
Anyone know which manual would be the refresh if there is one? Or have information at all?

There have been some changes to the Envy 15 configuration options. The reason for the "New" tag is that the CTO Envy 15 is now the 1200 model instead of the 1100. All the processor options other than i7-720 or i7-820 have been removed. Also the CTO beats edition is now only available with i5 processor and with max 4GB RAM (also no longer shipping with Beats studio headphones); however, the quickship beats is still the 1055-SE model, which is an i7-720 with max 16GB RAM.

I don't think it is the 1200 series... or else the 5730 would have been available as an option wouldn't it?

OR we are just talking about HP, a company that can't even maintain what is in their press release or that the press release itself be the same, even if the people are in the same building. Not that consistency matters though
