I understand Heat was an issue on the 1st Gens.

Has this problem been eliminated with the Current Gen Envy's?

I am looking for the i7-820QM, and understand that it can get hot... fine.

As long as we are not talking about crashing Hot...

I have an i5 version with an SSD and it gets hot enough that its not comfortable on my lap, but not so much that it crashes. It hasnt really bothered me yet though.

The i7 would get hotter though, and with the ordinary hard drive it was much hotter too.
